The Podcast is a collection of conversations and solo audio journal entries. The topics discussed are usually based around self-mastery, self-expression, spirituality, and mental health however sometimes we mix it up and have a little fun :) I myself have found yoga, meditation, breathwork and other eastern wellness practices to be my bread and butter so these are discussed a lot on the podcast.

How people define success is changing. Individuals are beginning to realize the lack of fulfillment that comes along with mainstream success and are craving health, freedom of expression, genuine connection and play time!

The Host

I started this podcast because I have a passion for sharing my ideas. Whether it be a wellness tool I discovered, a mantra that changes my outlook, or an exercise that has improved my mobility. This podcast has evolved from being my own personal audio journal, to a platform where I can discuss these topics with individuals who are much more knowledgeable than I am.

I am grateful for all my guests.. as well as the amazing individuals that I'm surrounded by that inspire me to improve myself and work through my personal issues.

A bit about me: I was born in Dripping Springs, TX. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in General Business. My favorite authors are Joseph Campbell, Don Miguel Ruiz, Aubrey Marcus and Eckhart Tolle. I love yoga, swimming, singing, cooking, oh.. and breathwork.. hence the name.
